Known locally as the Red School because of the scarlet uniforms, Woodford Green Preparatory School was founded in 1932 to provide a non-denominational Christian education for boys and girls, a tradition that has been maintained throughout our history. We are a diverse community, inclusive of all faiths and none.
The gardening club have been extremely productive this term! Alongside gardening activities, they've been caring for minibeasts, building bug hotels to provide a safe space for hibernation. You can spot the new insect accommodation amongst the WGPS foliage.....all bugs welcome! https://t.co/LwY3NZNwnp

Year 1 have been studying the season during their science lessons. Last week they went on a weather walk. Today they collected leaves, ordered them according to size and record their findings. #Curiosityhttps://t.co/PXszSjptjh

A big thank you to these wonderful ladies giving up their valuable time to help organise our school archive. They all taught here and some even attended as pupils. All are very much a part of our rich history. Wonderful memories shared, a much overdue task. Watch this space! https://t.co/swsjT5M71L
Remembrance 2021. A two minute silence was observed with the Last Post played by Mrs Henderson. Each class made a wreath out of poppies they created at home. As long as the rain holds off at pick up, parents can see the wreaths displayed in the playground. #RemembranceDay2021https://t.co/lsS8f4QIf0
