We are incredibly proud of our 2026 Year 6 pupils and the success they have achieved at 11+. Their outcomes reflect not only strong academic preparation, but a deeply personalised approach in which every child is known, nurtured and championed.

At Woodford Green Preparatory School, there is no single pathway and no ceiling on potential. Instead, we work closely with every family to ensure choice with clarity, guiding each child towards the senior school where they will truly thrive.

This year’s results are a powerful reflection of that approach.

Outstanding Overall Outcomes

85% of pupils received two or more offers
63% received three or more offers

Strong Performance at Leading Senior Schools

In our most competitive destinations, outcomes were particularly strong:

Bancroft’s School – 77% offers
Chigwell School – 90% offers
Forest School – 85% offers

Our pupils secured places at a wide range of highly regarded independent senior schools, including Bancroft’s, Brentwood, Chigwell, City of London Boys, City of London Girls, Coopersale, Downe House, Felsted, Forest, New Hall, Normanhurst, NLCS, Queenswood and St Edmund's.

They also achieved 10 grammar school places at highly selective schools including Chelmsford County High School, Colchester County High School for Girls, Ilford County High School, Wilson's School and Woodford County High School.

These destinations reflect the breadth and diversity that sits at the heart of our philosophy.
