Amina makes Jollof and puff puff for the school to enjoy

For Black history Month the school enjoyed some traditional food from Ghana to celebrate Black people all over the world. On Friday 8th October we got to try tasty jollof and puff puff made by one of our chefs. Jollof is a tomato based rice that is eaten in Ghana, West Africa and is also topped off with Puff Puff, a round Ghanaian donut which is a national favourite and may be a favourite with the school.
