Known locally as the Red School because of the scarlet uniforms, Woodford Green Preparatory School was founded in 1932 to provide a non-denominational Christian education for boys and girls, a tradition that has been maintained throughout our history.  We are a diverse community, inclusive of all faiths and none.

STEAM Club had an exciting day exploring the wonders of the Natural History Museum. They found it exciting to see the Woolly Mammoth which was found, not far from our school in Ilford. We had rockets, astronauts, planets and all things space in the Foundation Two classrooms this term. History Club had a fantastic time making Tudor biscuits during the Spring term. They were allowed to use different ingredients according to their role in Tudor society.
